Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the button “Buy Now”, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices stated are in euros and include statutory value-added tax (VAT), where applicable.

Additional shipping costs may apply. These will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by you.

Delivery times are stated in the online shop. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you without delay.

6. Payment Methods

Your payment method will be charged immediately upon completion of the order.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), provided that this does not deprive consumers of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.

13. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
