Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is thirty (30) days from the day
– on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods, or
– in the case of partial deliveries: on which you or a third party designated by you received the last partial shipment.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to our massage products and care oils, which can only be returned if unopened.
Return of Bundles (Product Sets)
Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotional set may only be returned in full as a complete set.
Partial returns of individual items included in a set are excluded.
Non-Acceptance or Failure to Collect Shipments on Time
If a shipment is demonstrably delivered, deposited at a collection point, or made available for pickup and is not accepted or collected by the customer within the time period specified by the shipping provider, the service shall be deemed fulfilled.
In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price or to a free reshipment.
A reshipment can be arranged at the customer’s request upon assumption of the additional shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
In the event of a withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Unpaid or cash-on-delivery return shipments cannot be accepted.
Please note: The return address is not automatically included in the package.

For returns from abroad (e.g. Switzerland or Austria), you are also required to bear the return shipping costs. The return shipment must be organized independently and fully prepaid.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than thirty (30) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or our logistics partner without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty (30) days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the thirty-day period has expired.
